The Sony VENICE 2 8K is Sony’s flagship full‑frame digital cinema camera, built around a newly developed 8.6K sensor that captures up to 8640 × 5760 and delivers 16 stops of dynamic range with Dual Base ISO 800/3200.
It combines the VENICE color science and built‑in 8‑step ND system with internal X‑OCN and ProRes recording, making it a strong choice for high‑end features, commercials, VFX, virtual production and demanding handheld or rigged work.
